Assistant Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Menchie's Team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day to day activities of the store and the hiring and training of new team members.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team members and day to day operations 
• Do the schedule for shift leaders and team members to ensure optimal efficiency of operation 
• Train and evaluate shift leaders and team members  
• Place and receive orders 
• Resolve escalated guests complaints
• Organize and conduct monthly meetings with the whole team, leadership and ownership 
• Cover Shifts when needed! 

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant and retail, guest service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• English speaking and Spanish is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Able to work under pressure in a high sales volume store
