Royal Prime Steakhouse, located inside Bally's Dover Casino Resort, is seeking a Front of House Assistant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

This is more than a management position. We are looking for a hands-on leader who will become an integral part of our team culture and help elevate every aspect of the guest and employee experience.

This role is designed to promote a healthy work-life balance, with an expected schedule of 45-50 hours per week.

What You'll Do

As a Front of House Assistant Manager, you will be expected to be an active leader, coach, and ambassador for the Royal Prime brand.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead by example and maintain a strong presence on the dining room floor during service
• Support the General Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant
• Build positive relationships with guests and team members
• Coach, train, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and support staff
• Hold team members accountable to service, hospitality, and operational standards
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities
• Address guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on respect and accountability

Operational Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth execution of lunch and dinner service
• Monitor staffing levels and make labor adjustments as needed
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
• Ensure all opening, shift, and closing procedures are completed properly
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
• Partner closely with kitchen leadership to ensure strong communication between front and back of house
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, liquor laws, food safety standards, and health regulations
• Assist with special events, promotions, and high-volume periods

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Fine dining, upscale casual, steakhouse, or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
