Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided
- Oversee food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food & beverage industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and 10-hour shifts
