Assistant Manager

Wings Over Bonham is looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding experience for every guest. If you're passionate about great food, excellent customer service, and developing a strong team culture, we'd love to meet you.


Responsibilities

•  Assist with daily restaurant operations and shift management 
•  Lead, coach, and motivate team members 
•  Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally 
•  Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met 
•  Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling employees 
•  Monitor labor costs and help control food and inventory costs 
•  Complete opening and closing procedures 
•  Maintain compliance with company policies and health department regulations 
•  Step in wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly 

Qualifications

•  1-3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred 
•  Strong leadership and communication skills 
•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
•  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities 
•  Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays 
•  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
