WHAT YOU WILL DO
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Primary responsibility for month-end sales reports, including requirement to support extended hours during month-end close:
MTD, QTD, and CYTD Reports
Sales Report to PR
HMC Report (Retail & Wholesale)
Primary responsibility for day-after month-end sales reports:
YTD Sales by Dealer/Model
YTD Sales by Fleet/Retail
Aged Inventory Analysis
Sales Flash Deck Preparation
Primary responsibility for standard department reporting:
Performance Engagement Program (PEP) Report
Market View Report
Weekend Business Reporting
Aged Inventory Analysis (standardized and ad hoc)
Ad hoc sales reporting and analysis
Additional Responsibilities:
Regional support on Hyundai programs and sales reporting
Sales objectives management (monthly production of objectives, distribution to the field, and SAP input)
Project management for enhancements to sales tools and programs.
System development, using independent judgment, problem identification, and finding solutions are all expected in this position.
Program approvals and budget decisions are ultimately approved by the department Director and/or Division Head.
