    The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in leading the team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club. This role helps ensure a high-quality member experience, strong team performance, operational excellence, and consistent execution of company standards.

    The Assistant Manager serves as a hands-on leader, helping coach and develop Team Players and Experience Leads, maintain facility and brand standards, monitor club performance, resolve member concerns, and support staffing and scheduling needs. In the General Manager’s absence, the Assistant Manager may serve as the acting manager and help ensure the club continues to operate effectively.

    What You'll Do

    •  Support the GM in leading, coaching, and developing Experience Leads and Team Players. 
    •  Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development. 
    •  Help oversee daily club operations, including staffing, cleanliness, safety, and member experience. 
    •  Monitor club performance and KPIs and help identify opportunities for improvement. 
    •  Conduct club walkthroughs and help maintain company and brand standards. 
    •  Address member questions and concerns professionally and promptly. 
    •  Support scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing needs. 
    •  Coordinate facility, equipment, inventory, and maintenance needs as necessary. 
    •  Support cash handling, deposits, refunds, retail performance, and operational cost awareness. 
    •  Serve as acting manager when the General Manager is unavailable. 
    •  Reinforce company policies, procedures, Core Values, and performance expectations. 
    What We're Looking For

    •  Must be at least 18 years old. 
    •  High school diploma or equivalent required. 
    •  Six months of leadership or Shift Lead experience preferred. 
    •  Strong leadership and team-development skills. 
    •  Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
    •  Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable. 
    •  Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills. 
    •  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. 
    •  Flexible availability based on operational needs.

     Compensation: $36,000 annual base salary + bonus opportunity 
    Compensation: $36,000.00 per year
