General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of Assistant general manager experience in a quick service restaurant or high-volume (over $2M revenue) burger or chicken brand
  • Stable work history with extended tenure at recent employers
  • Strong track record in leadership, recruiting, and team development
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience with burger or chicken brands such as Wendys, McDonalds, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Taco Bell, White Castle, or Shake Shack
