### **Position Overview** The Assistant Manager supports daily store operations, supervises team members, and helps ensure customers receive quality service. This role assists with shift leadership, training, food safety, and basic administrative tasks. Pay is $10/hour. You keep all tips that are earned throughout your shift! ## **Job Duties** - Shift Supervision Assist with leading shifts, assigning tasks, and supporting team members. - Customer Service Ensure customers receive prompt, professional service and help resolve concerns. - Employee Training Help train new staff on store procedures and performance standards. - Food Safety and Quality Monitor product quality and follow all food safety guidelines. - Cash Handling Assist with cash counts, deposits, and financial procedures. - Inventory Support Help track inventory levels and report shortages. - Store Cleanliness Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Delivery Support Make deliveries when needed (valid license and insurance required). ## **Qualifications** - Leadership Experience Previous supervisory or shift-lead experience preferred. - Customer Service Skills Ability to communicate clearly and work well with customers and staff. - Driver Requirements Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance. - Age Requirement Must meet Dominos minimum age for management roles (typically 18+). - Availability Able to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours. - Time Management Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. ## **Work Environment** - Fast-paced food service setting - Combination of customer interaction, shift leadership, and occasional delivery tasks - Standing, walking, and light lifting required
