As an Assistant Manager at Little Caesars, you will be fully responsible for the daily operations.

Your role includes:

- People: Conducting interviews, hiring, and training.

- Sales: Ensuring hospitality, speed, and quality execution to increase sales.

- Profit: Managing labor, reducing waste, and controlling utilities and supplies.

- Operations: Implementing systems and standards daily.

We are a locally owned and operated company, currently operating 46 Little Caesars and Jim's Steak and Spaghetti House Restaurant. We are located in WV, KY, and Ohio.

Salary

$12.00 - $13.50 per hour
