We are seeking a friendly, honest, and hardworking Assistant Manager to support store operations and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in managing staff, opening/closing the store, and ensuring merchandise displays are maintained.
- Handle shipments, enforce loss prevention, and oversee inventory control.
- Greet customers, process sales accurately, and create a fun shopping environment.
- Hold team members accountable and collaborate on achieving store goals.
Requirements include at least 1 year of retail management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of inventory and merchandising.
Must be reliable, punctual, and love the beach!
