Assistant Manager – Peddler’s Mall


Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
Typical Shifts: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, with some 10:45 AM–7:15 PM shifts


We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Peddler’s Mall! We’re a fun, fast-paced indoor flea market environment where every day is a little different.


The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, providing great customer service, helping vendors, and keeping the store running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is responsible, energetic, and enjoys being part of a team.


Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
  
  
• Assist customers and vendors with questions and concerns
  
  
• Help oversee daily store operations
  
  
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
  
  
• Handle cash register and transactions accurately
  
  
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  
  
• Assist vendors with their needs
  
  
• Help resolve customer or vendor concerns professionally
  
  
• Support the Store Manager and team with daily tasks
  
  
• Help ensure store policies and procedures are followed
  
  
• Work as a team to create a positive experience for customers and vendors
