About the Role The Assistant Manager, Individual Giving provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for the Contemporary Art Committee (CAC) and Advisors. Reporting to the Senior Development Officer, Individual Giving, this role plays a key part in the successful execution of both programs as drivers of revenue and donor engagement. The Assistant Manager also helps manage the Senior Development Officer’s portfolio and leads stewardship for the Exhibition Fund and Impact Fund, helping deliver thoughtful, consistent communication and engagement with donors. The ideal candidate has experience in administrative, fundraising, or donor engagement work and brings strong organizational and coordination skills. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities, with the judgment and follow-through needed to take ownership of core operational responsibilities and keep fundraising initiatives moving forward.
