Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Assistant Account Manager to help lead janitorial operations across a multi-site customer account. This position works closely with the Account Manager to support a team of approximately 63 employees across 13 locations, helping ensure excellent customer service, consistent operations, proper staffing, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Support daily janitorial operations across multiple customer locations.
• Assist with supervising, coaching, training, and developing frontline employees and supervisors.
• Help coordinate recruiting, onboarding, staffing, and training activities.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and responsive communication.
• Monitor work orders and service requests to ensure issues are addressed promptly and within established timelines.
• Support safety initiatives, including training, incident reporting, injury reporting, and near-miss documentation.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment and assist with inventory and purchasing needs.
• Help maintain consistent service and quality standards across all locations.
• Travel between customer locations as needed.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact and provide additional account coverage when the Account Manager is unavailable. 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or facility services leadership experience.
• Experience supporting large or multi-site operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred.
