BoomBozz Pizza & Watch Bar is looking for a motivated, dependable Assistant Manager to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant leadership experience who is ready to take the next step and continue growing their career in restaurant management.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead day-to-day restaurant operations while creating a great experience for both our guests and our team.

What You'll Do

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
  
• Coach, motivate, and support team members
  
• Deliver a great guest experience and help resolve guest concerns
  
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
  
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
  
• Help manage labor, inventory, and daily operational needs
  
• Support training and development of new and existing team members
  
• Hold team members accountable to BoomBozz standards and procedures
  
• Work closely with the restaurant's management team to achieve sales and operational goals
  
• Help create a positive, fun, and team-oriented work environment
  

What We're Looking For

• Restaurant experience required
  
• Previous shift lead, supervisor, or management experience preferred
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
• A positive attitude and guest-first mindset
  
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  
• Willingness to learn and grow into additional leadership responsibilities
  
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
