Jack in the Box Joliet is looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Joliet, IL! Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Lead, coach, and motivate Team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with company guidelines
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation
• Support inventory management, ordering, and waste control efforts
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance development

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or retail supervisory role required
• Strong leadership and team-building skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and cash handling proficiency
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Reliable, dependable, and a positive team-first attitude
