The Assistant Manager assists in leading and managing drive-in operations and staff during assigned shifts.

They train, manage, and motivate employees, oversee guest experience, handle staffing, and perform opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities include resolving guest and employee issues, monitoring inventory and costs, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards.

They perform various station duties, sanitation tasks, and regular cleaning to meet operational standards.

Additional duties involve moving food products weighing up to 50 pounds and other job-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications include at least six months of restaurant management or one year of retail management experience, knowledge of relevant laws, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Work involves continuous standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and exposure to heat, cold, and variable weather conditions.

Schedule requires at least 30 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
