American National is seeking an Assistant Manager, Logistics Coordination & Distribution to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, workplace services, facilities logistics, and material distribution across multiple company locations. This role combines operational leadership, project coordination, vendor management, and team supervision to ensure facilities, equipment, and resources are delivered safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

What Youll Do

  • Lead warehouse, logistics, inventory, and distribution operations
  • Coordinate office moves, workspace planning, furniture installations, and facility improvements
  • Manage company assets, records storage, forms inventory, and material distribution
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control processes
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, purchasing activities, and operational reporting
  • Support safety, compliance, security, and emergency response efforts
  • Provide leadership and guidance to logistics and facilities support staff

What Were Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, facilities management, operations, or a related field
  • Experience managing vendors, projects, budgets, and operational processes
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management, workplace services, and facilities operations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading logistics, warehouse, facilities, or maintenance teams
  • Background in facilities, property, construction, or operations management
  • Experience with inventory, procurement, or project management systems
  • Forklift certification or warehouse operations experience is a plus
