The Assistant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, team development, and profitability.
- Manage all areas of the restaurant to enhance guest experience and financial performance.
- Guarantee 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Provide staff guidance, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure food safety compliance, maintain health inspection scores, and enforce sanitation standards.
- Manage operational procedures, security, safety, and shift activities.
- Adhere to financial goals, control costs, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Qualifications include restaurant experience, computer skills, and a valid driver’s license; college degree preferred.
- Require leadership, communication, multitasking skills, and ability to supervise 15-25 team members.
- Workweek is approximately 50 hours, with physical demands including standing, lifting, and equipment use.
