Assistant Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day to day activities of our location at Fashion Square Mall.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of food service workers
• Adjusting daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Training and evaluate employees
• Tracking inventory
• Resolving escalated customer complaints

• Previous experience in food service, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Good organizational capabilities
