Job Description:

Rocky's Burgers, Franks & Fries is hiring a hands-on and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support operations at our Minot location. This role is ideal for someone who's ready to step into leadership, support the management team, and help drive guest satisfaction and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operating Partner and Assistant General Manager with daily operations

  • Lead and train team members to maintain service and cleanliness standards

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supply levels

  • Support scheduling and payroll coordination
