Position: Assistant Manager of Leasing
Compensation: Hourly rate + Benefits + Bonus Eligible
Summary
The Assistant Manager of Leasing is responsible for the full leasing cycle, resident retention, and day-to-day operational support of the leasing office. This role works directly with the Community Manager and the Outreach and Digital Marketing Manager to maintain occupancy, execute leasing and renewals, monitor market performance, and uphold leasing standards across all platforms and tools.

Routine local travel may be required to attend training classes, client visits, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Non-routine, overnight travel may be required to attend company functions, training, property visits, and other situations necessary for the accomplishment of special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
