• Responsible for the overall supervision of the Lodge Operations including Front office and Housekeeping • Resolve guest related discrepancies with tact and courtesy: billing, housekeeping, discrepancy and check reports • Oversee and manage staffing levels and payroll expenses in accordance with budgetary guidelines and required service levels • Maintains consistent quality of service to ensure the satisfaction of every guest
General Requirements:
• You possess a bachelor's degree in Hospitality or combination of education, training, and experience • Youre able to work flexible hours when needed that include nights/weekend/holidays • You have prior experience in hospitality • Must be passionate about service and teamwork
Salary: $70,304.00 - $72,500.00
