What You ll Do
As Assistant Manager, you ll have a direct impact on both the team and the success of the restaurant. You ll:
Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales, labor and profitability goals
Lead high-volume shifts with confidence
Coach, train and develop team members
Hold employees accountable to performance and service expectations
Help build a dependable, motivated and successful crew
Maintain speed, accuracy and an excellent customer experience
Make effective decisions in real time during busy shifts
Help maintain restaurant standards and smooth daily operations
Step up and run the restaurant in the General Manager s absence
What We re Looking For
Previous experience as a Shift Lead, Assistant Manager or similar restaurant leadership role
Fast-food or quick-service restaurant experience preferred
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to confidently manage busy, high-volume shifts
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside your team
Ability to coach, motivate and hold employees accountable
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Valid driver s license
Desire to learn, grow and advance into greater leadership responsibilities
