Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to deliver AMAZING personalized customer service
• Achieve consistent execution of delivering AMAZING drinks, AMAZINGLY fast
• Coach and motivate baristas to uphold Scooter's quality and service standards
• Impact growth by leading promotions, increasing app adoption, and upselling
• Assists the store manager in managing a profitable store, managing controllable expenses, and monitoring labor costs.
• Lead and impact daily weekly, and monthly goals
• Manage inventory, cleanliness, and food safety
• Ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment

You are applying to work with a 19-year franchisee of Scooter's Coffee. We are independently owned and local with 6 stores in Southwest and Northwest Omaha.
