Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with integrity and promote the Popeyes® culture
• Ensure smooth shift management and excellent guest service
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to foster a collaborative and fun environment
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Manage inventory and oversee product production efficiently

Position Requirements

• Minimum one year of management experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site restaurant setting
• Eager to learn all aspects of restaurant operations
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other flexible schedules

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry items up to 15 pounds
• Stand for extended periods while engaging with guests and team members
• Operate registers and assist in product preparation as needed
• Maintain positive and enthusiastic interactions with coworkers and customers
