Key Responsibilities:
Oversee store operations
Supervise front-end, stock, and department staff to ensure excellent customer service
Handle closing procedures, including register reconciliation and end-of-day reporting
Ensure shelves are stocked, store is clean, and departments run smoothly
Assist with scheduling, training, and team development
Address customer concerns or emergencies in a professional manner
Requirements:
Prior retail or grocery supervisory experience required
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
