Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure every guest has an exciting and safe experience.
• Support the General Manager in coaching and mentoring our team to perform at their best.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate routine equipment checks to keep our karts in top shape.
• Lead by example on the floor, handling guest inquiries and resolving issues with a smile.
• Help organize and host events, from birthday parties to corporate group outings.
• Monitor facility cleanliness and ensure we are meeting our high standards of excellence every single day.

• Minimum of two years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
• Proven history of leading and supporting staff members.
• Solid grasp of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Previous experience in a high-energy entertainment or recreational facility is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and facility maintenance practices.
