Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations
• Assist with Scheduling and Ordering
• Train and supervise team members to maintain brand standards
• Ensure exceptional customer service - Give every guest a reason to return.
• Manage inventory and ordering

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the food industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• High school degree or equivalent
