Seeking a full-time Assistant Retail Manager to support store operations, staff training, and customer service in a family-owned deli.
Responsibilities include ensuring product safety and freshness, overseeing merchandise delivery, supervising employees, maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and assisting in food service areas.
Requirements: High school diploma, at least 1 year of supervisory and retail experience, strong motivation, and ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying temperatures.
Work hours are approximately 45 hours/week, including nights and weekends.
