Starting wage would be 20/hr+, tips ($5-$6/hr) + yearly bonus.
Expected workload would be 40-45 hr/week.
We always try to work with our teams' schedules to find the best work life balance for everyone, of course as a manager sometimes you will be expected to fill in.
