  • Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-8 years of operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of revenue cycle management, accounting, reconciliation, invoicing, and collections.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Directly supervises Post Audit Coordinators.
  • Provides leadership, coaching, performance management, and employee development to ensure team success and operational excellence.
  • The posted range is the hiring range for this role - a subset of the broader range available to employees over time - and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate''s skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.

Operations & Revenue Management

  • Oversee daily post-audit operations, including provider collections, daily letter generation, invoicing, reporting, and inventory management.
  • Ensure outbound collection calls, demand letters, and post-audit activities are completed within established service level agreements.
  • Monitor and achieve client savings and internal revenue goals.
  • Coordinate the timely submission of revenue and findings files and ensure accurate monthly invoicing.
  • Analyze operational metrics and resolve issues that may impact revenue or client savings.
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Supervise and support Post Audit Coordinators to ensure productivity and quality expectations are consistently met.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Manage staffing, attendance, workload distribution, and timesheet approvals.
  • Address escalated customer and provider issues while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify operational challenges, process gaps, and performance barriers, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including IT, Implementations, and Workflow teams, to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Compliance

  • Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, information security standards, healthcare regulations, and applicable compliance requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and patient information.
