Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or GED. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business management, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Essential Mental and Physical Functions:
This role requires sustained attention to detail, decision-making under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking across the production floor, and occasional lifting of materials up to 50 lbs.
