The Gig

As Assistant Manager, you'll help run the shop day to day. You'll lead our scoopers and shift leads, coach on the floor, solve problems, and set the tone for great service. If you're ready to build your leadership skills and grow toward Shop Manager, this is your chance to show what you can do.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach scoopers and shift leads through rushes and slow times
• Run daily operations, including cash, inventory, scheduling, and opening and closing
• Model friendly, fast, memorable guest service
• Motivate your team, give feedback, and help everyone grow
• Support community events, local partnerships, and shop initiatives

You'll Thrive Here If You

• Have leadership or supervisor experience, ideally in food service or retail
• Communicate clearly and stay calm when problems come up
• Are reliable, positive, and own your results
• Love helping others grow, and want to grow yourself
