Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and assist in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and engaged.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and leading a team of dedicated employees
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Train and develop team members to provide exceptional service

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
