Job Summary We are seeking an Assistant Club Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your responsibilities will include managing personnel and ensuring the facilities are operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with a high work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Assist training staff
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner
Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
Previous management experience is preferred but not required
Basic understanding of merchandising is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
