As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in daily operations, including supervising staff, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Supervise and train staff members to maintain high standards of customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, weekdays, and holidays
- High school degree or equivalent
