Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Assist the General Manager in daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.​
• Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality food and service.​
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.​
• Scheduling: Create weekly schedules for staff, ensuring all shifts are covered within budgeted hours.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years previous experience in the food and beverage industry in a leadership role in a high volume restaurant.​
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.​
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.​
