HarperCollins is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Sales Operations team. The Assistant Manager will report to the Associate Director, Sales Operations and will support the Sales team in administration of several key functions in the department.
The role includes management of our Adult Trade and Children’s catalogs, lead for planning + execution of our seasonal Sales meetings, and coordination of other essential operational processes to support the Sales team across all divisions.
This role includes collaboration with a multitude of departments and is an opportunity to take a leading role in driving key operational functions for the division. The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is a proactive self-starter, with a strong operational background.
This is a hybrid position based out of our New York office.

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.
