We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Duties

• Assist in managing daily operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Support team management by training new employees and fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting to control costs.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain service standards.
• Participate in menu planning and food preparation to ensure quality control.

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
• Knowledge of food management practices, kitchen operations, and health regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with budgeting processes and financial oversight within a restaurant setting is preferred.
