Assistant Manager

In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure a high level of operational excellence, customer service, and team performance. You will play an important role in expense management, revenue growth, staff development, daily operations, and workplace culture.

• Lead and develop the team by setting clear expectations, coaching employees, and providing consistent feedback.
• Maintain an exceptional customer experience through high standards for service, cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and property presentation.
• Support business growth by identifying revenue opportunities, monitoring expenses, and responsibly using company resources.
• Partner with the General Manager to address operational needs, employee and customer concerns, and opportunities for improvement

• Previous leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both employees and customers.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to make sound decisions and address challenges effectively.
• Strong follow through, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm.

• Starting Salary: $45,000 annually
