Assistant manager

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

NC Self Storage is hiring! We are looking for an outgoing part time Assistant Manager to work approximately 25 hours per week. This includes every other Saturdays(we are open 9:00-3:00) and two days per week (we are open 9:00-5:30 M-F). Our work week is Monday through Sunday and we pay bi-weekly. Must have a vehicle that will stay with you while you work, in case you need to go to the bank or do errands..

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing incomparable customer service (in person and via telephone)

Computer skills to enter basic information in our date base

Equipment rentals- we rent Penske trucks

Facility maintenance, including cleaning the restroom, emptying garbage's, using the floor Zamboni, wet and dust mopping units, aisles and any area in need of attention.

Having the ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 lbs

The ability to work as a team and independently

The position pays $12.00 per hour. You will also receive a 15% commission on all merchandise sales, obtain a 10% employee discount on a storage unit and can enjoy all major holidays off.

3 work shirts will be provided to you after your 90 day probationary period and business cards will be ordered at that time as well.

No cell phones are permitted on you during work hours. You may keep them in the break room or in your car to check on breaks or lunch.
