We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and uphold exceptional customer service.
- Lead shifts, ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Develop staff, manage labor and costs, and promote a positive team culture
- Handle guest feedback and ensure compliance with standards and safety protocols
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
Qualifications: 3-5 years management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
