Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. This role manages and develops hourly staff, assists with hiring and training, and ensures smooth execution of payroll, HR, marketing, and financial processes. The Restaurant Manager helps drive sales, control costs, and maintain vendor relationships while promoting a positive work environment.
