This is a full-time position supporting a franchise restaurant in the role of Assistant General Manager.
You will assist in managing daily operations, ensuring team members complete their duties, overseeing inventory and financials, and maintaining food quality and safety standards. You will support a positive work environment and ensure a safe, friendly space for employees and customers.
Requirements include 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation. Candidates should have strong decision-making, business math, and analytical skills, be at least 18 years old, and able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. Background checks are conducted.
