Assistant Mananger

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a positive work environment

• Ensure consistent delivery of quality food and excellent service

• Monitor and enforce food safety procedures

• Coach, train, and develop team members

• Maintain proper staffing levels

• Manage controllable expenses (food, labor, and paper costs)

• Support P&L implementation and cost control

• Work closely with Operations to ensure company standards and procedures are followed

• Drive sales growth and local marketing initiatives

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

• Strong supervision and leadership skills

• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring

• Training and development experience

• Planning and budgeting knowledge

• P&L analysis and ability to implement corrective measures

• Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws

• Local store marketing experience and sales development

Education and Experience:

• 3–4 years of experience in the quick service restaurant industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
