Assistant Marketing Manager - Entry Level

Synergize is a growing marketing and community outreach organization that partners with nonprofit organizations to increase awareness, strengthen community connections, and create meaningful impact through marketing campaigns, events, and direct engagement.

We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Marketing Manager who is ready to grow their career in marketing, leadership, client relations, and business development. This role offers hands-on experience, paid training, professional development, and opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do

• Support marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
• Help manage daily campaign activities and performance goals
• Build relationships with nonprofit partners, clients, and community members
• Train and support entry-level team members
• Track campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with events, promotional activities, and community engagement
• Work with leadership to improve campaign performance
• Participate in leadership and management training
