We’re seeking a results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support marketing campaigns, event marketing, brand development, and customer engagement initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and business growth.
This role combines marketing strategy, campaign management, event planning, promotions, and hands-on execution. You’ll work with sales, creative, public relations, and other teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Plan and support product launches, trade shows, promotional events, and corporate events
- Coordinate event logistics, schedules, vendors, and on-site execution
- Collaborate with sales, creative, PR, and cross-functional teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and insights
- Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and campaign results
- Support marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and event collateral
- Assist with social media marketing and promotional initiatives
- Maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Ensure campaigns and events are completed on time and according to brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, events, promotions, or brand management
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with marketing platforms, CRM systems, event software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
