    OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney’s multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry’s most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners.     The Job: 

    OMG23 | Disney Entertainment | Out of Home Strategy  

    OMG23 is looking for an Assistant Media Planner to support our Out of Home and print media work. You’ll help plan, execute, and track campaigns, collaborating with teams across strategy, activation, and digital. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll learn fast, contribute daily, and see your work in the real world.  

    What You’ll Do: 

    Assist with Out of Home and print media plans from concept through execution  
    Gather and analyze consumer and market data to inform recommendations  
    Keep planning documents and reports organized and up to date 
    Collaborate with internal strategy, activation and digital teams  
    Support creative and production needs, including file management and presentations 
    Manage inventory contacts and proof-of performance reports 
    Coordinate with vendors on campaign execution, timelines, and asset delivery 
    Join vendor “market rides” and audits to see campaign in action 
    Track industry trends and competitive activity 
    Contribute ideas to brainstorms and team discussions  

    You Bring: 

    Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience 
    Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote   
    Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred 
    Strong communicator (written and verbal) 
    Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments 
    Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking

    This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA. California: $40,000.00-$40,000.00

    Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
