About the Role
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- ABEM/AOBEM: board certified or board eligible preferred
- Support the facility medical director in overseeing emergency department operations and clinical performance
- Provide guidance to the team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance care, quality, and efficiency
- Champion safety and best practices throughout the ED
