Assistant Medical Director Obstetrics Gynecology Physician - OB/GYN

A progressive maternity care practice in southwestern Connecticut is seeking a Board-Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to serve in a clinical leadership role within an innovative, collaborative care model focused on improving maternal health outcomes and patient experience. This position combines direct patient care with administrative and educational responsibilities, including overseeing collaborative care initiatives, supporting interdisciplinary teams, mentoring trainees, participating in quality improvement efforts, and helping guide the strategic growth of the practice, all supported by a competitive compensation package.

• 3+ years of leadership experience working with midwives and multidisciplinary maternity care teams
• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in Connecticut
• Strong clinical expertise in obstetric and gynecologic care across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Demonstrated interest in medical education, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational leadership skills
